Odds seem lower then usual

im getting on 14-15 losing streaks with only 1-2 wins inbetween even with correct play, I find dealer is CONSTANTLY (more often then not) getting 21 even on face up cards like 2, 3 ,4. The program is set up well and really lets you customize the game based on whichever rules you are use to playing by. Still pretty frustrating when your 21 rarely ammounts to more then a push.
